Blackhat SEO - Here’s a Quick Way to Get Targeted Traffic!

Ever heard the saying: “There’s No Such Thing as Bad Publicity”?

I’ve heard it a million times during my life, but I never took it to heart. I always figured that bad publicity means damage control or reputation management would be needed.

Well, thanks to the guys at the WickedFire SEO forum, I have learned first hand about the truth of that old adage.

Here’s what happened. My friend nop_90 started a thread in the Sell, Buy, Trade area at WickedFire saying if anyone wants to learn blackhat seo from a pro to come here to my site and signup.

Well, within a hour of nop’s post, the flames and insults started pouring in from some of the regulars on the forum. nop took a higher stance and pretty much deflected their words.

LOL, but it seems with every post that flamed nop and/or Blackhatbootcamp.com, I got another visitor. AND my first three signups came within 12 hours of nop’s post.

I checked my logs and at that time I was not yet getting any SE traffic, but I was getting several hundred uniques per day from WickedFire. Woot!

Thanks boys!

So, tell someone of your newest venture. If it’s a good or interesting thing, let him start a thread in the most appropriate and busy forum. It’s better if the post is NOT done by yourself. If you’re lucky enough to get flamed like I did, LOL, remember to just keep laughing. Just laugh it all off, cause, in the end, YOU will be the winner!

I’ve enjoyed reading about your program and enjoyed reading the comments between you and that guy over on his site about DP!

I have a very newbie question - that will probably get many eyes rollin’. I ‘get’ Whitehat SEO…even though I haven’t had much success in it. I’ve built by hand a few 20+ pages sites following all the rules. Guess that’s why there hasn’t been much success :-). But these sites were all html…w/your basic adsense and CJ products mixed in. I still remember not knowing the f-c- a FTP was - but I managed to teach myself that and a few other things. Writing comes easier to me…but I’m not a machine.

So the question I’m getting at…if I am not a techgeek (note not LAZY, but just not wired to be a computer programmer), am I out of my league here? It seems like programming is a main component of all this. Is there a way to outsource it? Or are the good coders for this stuff unavailable? I just feel like I’m at a tremendous disadvantage when I try and follow this stuff — feels like math class in high school - which btw, kept me off the honor roll.
